With the club having spent 18 years at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, it was a real challenge to clear the facility and we wish to thank volunteers for helping us to do this.
Ten volunteers gave up a lot of their time to clear all the items inside the stadium and our Chief Executive Joe Palmer is very grateful to them.
“It was a massive task to get the stadium cleared,” said Joe. “I would therefore like to say a big thank-you to the volunteers who gave up their time to help out during the last 3-5 weeks. Some of them were in nearly every day and their help made a big difference, particularly during the last week, which was a very busy time.”

Though there’s sadness at leaving a venue with so many great memories, we can’t wait to move to a new home at Plough Lane!
