Paul Kalambayi will tonight be aiming to cause another famous cup upset against West Ham United!
Our defender is representing us in the #UltimateQuaranTeam, organised by Leyton Orient, with 128 teams playing online game FIFA on PlayStation 4.
The draw paired us with West Ham, offering a potential repeat of last season's epic Emirates FA Cup victory - The Dons winning 4-2. Paul missed out on that game, so he will be hoping to create his own piece of cup history tonight! Subject to Wi-Fi connectivity issues, you can watch the game on Twitch (7.00 pm kick-off tonight). Follow Paulkalamz4 or @westhamesports. 'Jamboo' will be West Ham's representative.
After the first football weekend without any content to post, Leyton Orient staff member Luke Lambourne came up with the idea of an online FIFA tournament. Funds raised will be donated to important causes.
Firstly, for vital funding for EFL clubs who are going to have financial struggles (as of course will many industries across the world) during this time of fixture postponement. A total of 75 per cent of money raised will be given to the EFL within 28 days.
Secondly, the remaining 25 per cent will be split between two very worthy causes. One is the EFL's chosen charity mental health charity called MIND and it will also help fund the all-important COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fundraiser by WHO. Visit the designated JustGiving page to make a donation.
