Mainy, who is still revered by Dons supporters for playing a signigicant part in our rise through non league, got the boots back out at the weekend after recently celebrating his 39th birthday.
And in typical fashion, our former striker was quick off the mark as he netted a debut goal shortly after entering the fray as a substitute, helping Metrogas FC to a 4-0 win against Equinoccial in the Kent County Football League Hospital Cup. Well done Mainy!
