There's been no shortage of challenges for our first-team players this week - and it's all thanks to our ladies team!
Due to the Coronavirus, AFC Wimbledon Ladies manager Kevin Foster informed us earlier this week that his players would be putting together a unique set of challenges for our first-team and academy players.
"With the football called off, we decided to rally together and put together a seven-day isolation challenge to promote exercise and mental health, whilst in isolation," said Kevin.
Day one started with Ladies first-team captain Hannah Bellingham setting a #ToiletPaperChallenge, involving flick-ups with a toilet roll! Visit the AFC Wimbledon Ladies Twitter page to see how Hannah got it all started.
Since then, we've had #TheQuadBreaker challenge, set by Liz O'Callaghan. Our Foundation coach Kasha Petit has also been getting involved in the challenge, and our academy posted a clip of youth team player Archie showing his skills!
Our first-team players have since been accepting the challenges and you can see what's been going on by clicking on the links below.
Of course, the first-team squad have also been keeping up their fitness away from the training ground and Terell Thomas posted a Twitter clip of him doing a work-out close to his home.
