Last Thursday (at around 12:45pm) we sent an e-mail to all Seedrs investors with important information to ensure your name (or name of a relative you invested for) is inscribed into our new stadium.
The e-mail was from noreply@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with the subject ‘Rewards: Investors Wall’. If you cannot find it, please ensure that you’re logged into the e-mail account you used to invest in Seedrs and also check your junk/spam folder.
Every investment made, whether £10 or £100,000, has been crucial to supporting our return and every single investor will have their name added to our ‘supporter wall’. The wall will be located outside the Fan Zone and will be accessible seven days a week. Getting the information for this to be created is a large task and covers every investment, so we have taken decision to prioritise this.
What do I need to do next?
Once you’ve found the e-mail, you need to follow the four steps in the e-mail very carefully.
These are as follows:
Step 1: Click the link that has been e-mailed to you to get to the form
Step 2: Enter the unique number e-mailed to you in the ‘Investor Number’ box:
Step 3: Enter one name per line for each of your investments (please note that, as advertised, this must be the name of one individual person and not a business or group and there is a 25-character limit. The e-mail also tells you how many names you should enter)
Step 4: Hit submit
The deadline to submit this information is 11:59pm on Sunday 6th December. If you have any questions, please e-mail rewards@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
I have checked my inbox and junk/spam and still can’t find the email. What should I do?
Don’t worry, you may have unsubscribed from receiving e-mails or the e-mail might be blocked by your e-mail provider. If you can’t find it, please e-mail rewards@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk to let us know and we’ll email you a link, your ‘Investor Number’ and confirmation of how many names you should enter.
There are lots of boxes on the form, can I enter a name in every box?
The form is a standardised form for all investors, but the e-mail you received is unique. Please check it carefully for confirmation of exactly how many individual names you can enter on the wall.
I invested a higher amount and I am entitled to more perks: when do I get those?
If you invested £50 or more - entitling you to additional perks - you will receive a follow up e-mail requesting the specific details for those perks at a later date. For those entitled to scarves/pin badges, we’ll also let you know when pins & scarves are ready for delivery or collection.
