Ahead of our upcoming home fixture against Accrington Stanley this Saturday, we give you a detailed rundown of what our fans can expect to find in this week’s issue of our newly branded Matchday Magazine.

Continuing with our trend of keeping things fresh and interesting for supporters, readers can look forward to a bumper 124-page edition of Back To Plough Lane this weekend. It includes a focus on the past and present of Wimbledon goalkeeping with our “In Safe Hands” feature.

Five exclusive, in-depth interviews, with some of the men that made the number one shirt their own in years gone by and those that are looking to make a bid for it in the future highlights the story of a playing position that has brought the Dons so much success over the years.

This feature includes eye-opening conversations with the likes of 1988 FA Cup Final hero Dave Beasant and Club President Dickie Guy as they tell all to BTPL Editor Chris Thorpe on what it was really like to be at the heart of the Wimbledon dressing room, whilst also touching on their experiences between the sticks for the Dons.

Alongside our headline feature section, fans can also look forward to an intriguing guest article from football journalist Uways Nisar, who examines the connection that binds both fans and homegrown players together.

This issue also includes another instalment of our popular Historical Don section, in which Stephen Crabtree continues his countdown to the ultimate Don with our Hall of Fame feature, which is partnered up with another look at the history of Plough Lane throughout the years.

Furthermore, we also have updates from Dons Local Action Group, the Dons Trust, the Academy, and the usual detailed rundown of our opponents on Saturday, Accrington Stanley.

Packed with content for all ages, BTPL will be available this weekend via the Matchday Digital app and is priced at £2.99/ issue or £49.99 for the full season which is paid in the app.
