Online Payments

Online payment stage is officially live. We’d like to thank all of our fans for their patience as we went through the process of getting this stage up and running.

It has been a challenging few weeks but we are delighted that we are now able to take payments and confirm all of the non refundable season tickets and debentures that have been reserved.

Fans will have two payment options available to them:

  1. Upfront – fans will have the ability to pay online, using PayPal without having to create a PayPal account. Please see below for further details.

    2. Direct Debit – fans will have the ability to split their total amount in to 8 equal payments as long as the payment is set up before October 15. Any direct debits set up after October 15 will be split in to 7 equal payments. Instructions on how to set up a direct debit with us are below.

5 year season ticket holders

If you are a 5 year season ticket holder you DO NOT have to do anything. We have either already contacted you about relevant payment arrangements or we are still due to contact you in the next few days.

Season ticket holders who are waiting for pro rata season tickets

Last year’s season ticket holders who are waiting for pro rata season tickets will get to keep their originally reserved seat. If you are a season ticket holder from Chemflow or Ry terrace and haven’t bought a debenture or non-refundable season ticket we have reserved a seat for you.

If you are not looking to purchase a non-refundable season ticket or a debenture you DO NOT have to do anything until pro rata season tickets go on sale. We will get in touch with you.

How long do I have to make a payment?

All fans who have a confirmed reservation with us will have 14 days to make a payment or set up a direct debit from today (05.10.2020)

Upfront Payment Process explained (online)

Step 1 – Log in to your online account at

Step 2 – Head over to MY ACCOUNT section

Step 3 – Click on MY RESERVATIONS as marked by red arrow below

Step 4  - Your reserved seat will appear on this page, see below example


Step 5 – to pay for your reserved seat please click ADD TO CART as marked by red arrow above

If you have reserved seats for your friends or family and would like to pay for them simply tick the box next to relevant person you want to pay for. See example below

Please note that you will see details of reservations based on who you are connected to within your group.

If you are only paying for selected members of the group booking make sure you un-tick the box next to the person you are not paying for. See example below


Step 6 –  On the next page simply click on BUY NOW button as shown below

Step 7 - Once added to cart you will be taken to the below page, where you have to press CONTINUE if you are happy with all of the details.


Step 8 – On the next page please tick that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions then click PROCEED TO PAYMENT button as shown below.

Step 9 – You will be taken to PAYPAL payments where you can simply click PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD button as shown below. Alternatively you can log in to your PayPal account if you have one.

Step 10 – Please fill in all of your details on the next page

Step 11 – Once all of your details are filled in please click on PAY NOW button to complete your transaction.

Direct Debit Process explained

Fans who wish to pay by Direct Debit, please email with the following details:

Dear AFC Wimbledon,

I wish to set up a direct debit in order to pay for my debentures or non refundable season tickets.

I wish to pay for the following people: (list of fan IDs or full names here)


Once reviewed, AFC Wimbledon team will email you with an online application form and instructions on how to set up your direct debit including details of your monthly direct debit amount which will have to be filled in.
