We have this afternoon taken delivery of the balance of the home kit which means we can work on getting the online orders up to date.
The new online shop has proved a hit with fans, with over 450 orders received in less than a week.
Mat provided the latest update on order fulfilment: ‘With the help of some existing and some new shop volunteers, we’ve spent every day since Friday ploughing through the enormous amount of orders we have received. We’ve processed 350 so far but many of those were in sizes we’d exhausted and many people have opted for shirt personalisation – we not only took delivery of the balance of our delivery today but also the shirt press so it’ll be an early start tomorrow to get all caught up.
I’d again like to thank everyone who’s placed an order for their patience, we’re working really hard to get everyone’s orders out and I’d also like to thank the volunteers who have been helping out in the shop, I don’t want to think where we’d be without them and it’s one thing that sets us apart from virtually every other football club’.
