The crucial payment stage of our Plough Lane ticketing operation will begin next week.
By now many of you have reserved your debentures and non-refundable season tickets. Indeed, our Priority Group 4 stage comes to an end at midnight on Sunday (September 27).
We will then be closing our online system down for a few days between 28th and 30th September as we finalise the payments process.
The payment stage will open on Thursday, October 1. Please note, we will not be accepting any new sales during this period.
Last year’s season ticket holders who are waiting for pro rata season tickets only do not have do anything at this stage. Their seats will remain reserved for them until pro rata season tickets go on sale.
If you haven't secured your seat yet, then you must wait until October 5 when our debentures and non-refundable season tickets will go on general sale. At this point you will also be able to pay for your preferred option.
All 5 year season ticket holders have now been contacted and relevant arrangements have been made based on their status. If you are a 5 year season ticket holder you do not have to do anything. Your payment has been processed already.
To recap on our timeline:
27th September – deadline for priority group 4
28th – 30th September – online ticket shop closed for essential maintenance. No seats can be reserved online or over the phone during this time.
1st October – launch of the payment stage for all fans with confirmed reservations only. No new bookings will be taken
5th October – launch of general sale
Watch out for further important instructions next week when we will explain in detail how to successfully complete our online payment process.
All fans who have a confirmed reservation with us and have an email address will receive email communications early next week with instructions on how to pay.
