Almost 6000 of you have now successfully downloaded your e-ticket for the match against Bolton, so we would ask that if you haven’t, to please download them as soon as you can.
You can find instructions on how to download to your phone or for print at home here.
As explained previously, a number of season tickets are not downloadable. These are predominantly tickets that don’t have an email account attached to an individual’s ticket account. We have been provided a list of individual accounts with no email by our ticketing provider and have now postal mailed everyone on that list with both their Bolton and Gillingham ticket. If your ticket has not arrived in the post by Friday, please contact the ticket office at tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk and it will be printed for you to collect on Saturday.
Please also email the ticket office at tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk if:
- You do have an email address linked to your account and can’t see an option to download under ‘View Ticket’ for the Bolton game on your ticketing account.
- The ticket information is missing from your ticketing account (you can’t see any ticketing information for either a match ticket for Bolton, Season Ticket or Debenture).
Please be aware that while we have added staff and volunteers to the back office, we are expecting a high volume of contact in a short period of time and your call back/reply may not be immediate - rest assured we will contact everybody requiring assistance. We would like to thank you once again for your patience and look forward to seeing you at the game.
