Much like Bolton, we want to reassure everyone that if you have a valid ticket for Gillingham, you WILL get in tomorrow.
If you have not got a season ticket or purchased a match ticket for this game, you will not be able to gain entry. It is sold out and there are NO tickets available on the day.
If you HAVE downloaded to your phone or have printed a ticket yourself, please go directly to the turnstile and if you are looking to upgrade your ticket, you can do this directly at the turnstile entrances. Also, if you have received your ticket in the post from the club, there is no need to collect another one from the ticket collection desk. You can use it to gain access.
If you have NOT managed to download your ticket to your phone or have a printed ticket, please come to the ticket collection desk which will be open from 4pm tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday). This will be located through the gates to the far left hand side of the main entrance on Plough Lane. As a result of the ticket collection desk opening at 4pm, the phone lines for the ticketing office will close at 3pm.
If you have had other issues with your ticket, please also come to ticket collection desk, where we will look to print a new one if it is not on collections. (It is advisable to arrive early, from 4pm, if you have a different issue.)
You will need to bring a form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or proof of address to collect your ticket.
Once again, we apologise for the problems many fans have had with the ticketing platform and thank you for your patience - the earlier you can arrive to collect your ticket, the quicker we will get everyone into the stadium.
The club can now confirm it has received the season tickets cards. They will be dispatched this week for use at the Oxford match on 4th September.
