First and foremost, we want to reassure everyone that if you have a valid ticket for this match, you WILL get in tomorrow.
If you have not got a season ticket or purchased a match ticket for this game, you will not be able to gain entry. It is sold out and there are NO tickets available on the day.
If you HAVE downloaded to your phone or have printed a ticket yourself, please go directly to the turnstile and if you are looking to upgrade your ticket, you can do this directly at the turnstile entrances.
If you have NOT managed to download your ticket to your phone or have a printed ticket, please come to the ticket collection desk which will be open from 11am tomorrow morning (Saturday). This will be located through the gates to the far left hand side of the main entrance on Plough Lane.
If you have had other issues with your ticket, please also come to ticket collection desk, where we will look to print a new one if it is not on collections. (It is advisable to arrive early, from 11am, if you have a different issue.)
You will need to bring a form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or proof of address to collect your ticket.
Many of you have not received your printed ticket in the post and whilst it might still arrive tomorrow, we have decided to be on the safe side and have placed a new ticket for you on collection. So DO NOT attempt to use the ticket if it arrives in the post as it will no longer work, please come to ticket collection desk.
Once again, we apologise for the problems many fans have had with the ticketing platform and thank you for your patience - the earlier you can arrive to collect your ticket, the quicker we will get everyone into the stadium.
