A few weeks ago we asked supporters to let us know their thoughts on volunteering at AFC Wimbledon.
The Dons Trust Board and the club is looking to expand the volunteer workforce, as well as improve the experience for volunteers themselves, and we thank those that responded to our request. It was an overwhelming response with 1,130 people taking the time to complete the survey.
The responses have helped us to better understand what has been working well for volunteers, and what we could do better, in order to improve our volunteering offer. We will be sharing the full results with you soon.
In the meantime, the volunteer working group has been speaking with people across the club to find out what skills and support they need, and how volunteers might be able to help.
We have listed all the skills identified in the following survey. They range from accounting, graphic design, customer service, social media management, and community outreach. And we are now asking for you to take a look, and let us know how you can help.
