AFC Wimbledon's Academy has three exciting vacancies ahead of the 2021/22 football season.
The Academy is looking for a Head of Coaching, Goalkeeper Coach and Academy Administrator to join our exciting environment and contribute towards the Academy's vision of establishing itself as a nationally leading development programme.
Head of Coaching
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Academy in a senior role as the Head of Coaching.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Academy's coaching function, will contribute to several management groups, and be enrolled on the Premier League's Elite Head of Coaching (EHOC) programme, as part of their ongoing professional development.
Applicants must have:
- UEFA A Licence
- FA Youth Award (all three modules)
- FA Safeguarding qualification
- FA First Aid qualification and/or BFAS (current EFAiF)
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- A full, clean driving licence
- Previous experience of working within the football or related industry
- Coaching education experience
- Youth coaching experience

Goalkeeper Coach
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Academy in a part time role as Goalkeeper Coach.
Applicants must have:
- UEFA B goalkeeping badge
- FA Youth Award (all three modules)
- FA Safeguarding qualification
- FA First Aid qualification and/or BFAS (current EFAiF)
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- A full, clean driving licence

Academy Administrator
Applicants for this integral role must:
- Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Have Office or computer skills qualification or relevant experience
- Have experience of using the PMA system (desirable)
- Have experience of working within a professional sporting environment (desirable)
