We need your help this weekend to show the local community what our fantastic football club is all about!
Our remarkable elevation through the leagues in the 1980s, FA Cup glory, the Premier League years, followed by our rise from the ashes, six promotions in 14 years and moving back to Plough Lane has been labelled the ‘greatest story in football’. However, it's also our off the pitch work that we want to spread the word about, including the amazing work of the Dons Local Action Group.
The picture above shows local school children enjoying one of our AFC Wimbledon Foundation events at Plough Lane recently, and we want to be at the heart of our community.
Thanks to your help, we’ve already delivered 30,000 leaflets door to door in the local community, letting people know how they can get tickets for our homecoming season, and all about our club, including the amazing work of the Dons Local Action Group.
We are very grateful to those volunteers who have helped with delivering leaflets. This weekend is about giving it that extra push by handing out leaflets face to face at key locations, including outside train stations ,and in local town centres.
