Birthday boy Paul, who turned 22 today, came across Dons fan Damian Poulter who was out on his daily cycle, while the first team squad completed a week of robust and resilient training on bikes in Richmond Park.
It proved to be just the edge "PK" and his team needed, as it helped clinch victory in Mark Robinson’s grueling time trial ahead of the new campaign.
