The exciting prospect of our first campaign back at Plough Lane with supporters is just around the corner – and we want your help to spread the word about our fantastic football club.
We are about to blitz the local area with leaflets and posters showing the community how they can get tickets for Wimbledon’s homecoming season. There will also be a shout-out for more volunteers to continue the amazing work of the Dons Local Action Group.
Thanks to DLAG’s volunteer army, Wimbledon fans, and others in the community we are building a team of volunteers to do this, but we need more help to tell everyone out there that we are back home at Plough Lane and ready to push forward again.
Dons Local Action Group Co-Founder Xavier Wiggins said: “The volunteer army we have is an inspiration to us all, but to offer maximum support to those in poverty within our boroughs and to spread the word about our club we need to keep attracting passionate and brilliant new people with a little time to spare.”
