AFC Wimbledon

The Dons Local Action Group is celebrating one year in partnership with our incredible local community - and you can join us virtually to celebrate the first birthday on 20th March at 7.30 pm.

Streaming live from the AFC Wimbledon stadium to your device, there will be a spectacular online auction with over 50 amazing items. Festival tickets, luxury hotel stays, Chessington tickets, a hospitality box at Plough Lane, as well as many other great club-based lots. John Lewis vouchers, signed football shirts, and meals for two in fantastic restaurants are just some of the many things you can also get your hands on by tuning in this Saturday evening.

As well as the auction, there will be a live stream of DLAG's youngest fundraisers, Edward and George (aged 4 and 5), as they cross the finish line of their month-long marathon adventure. They have already raised a staggering £3,000! Help them achieve their fundraising goal by visiting their fundraising page .

The evening will be co-presented by Julia Lalla-Maharajh OBE and John Scales. Julia is the Founder of the Orchid Project charity and lifelong Wandsworth resident. John is an FA Cup Winner with Wimbledon in 1988 and he also had spells with Liverpool and Tottenham. The pair will update you on our vision for the organisation and reflect on all of our achievements in this past year. This is our chance to thank you for all of your support. Dons Local Action Group has made a difference to so many lives, and with your help, they will continue to do so in years to come. The event on Saturday will be streamed live on You Tube and the event is open to all: volunteers, friends, families, and the wider community.
