Scanners will still be in use today, so please have your card, paper ticket or phone download ready for scanning if you’re about to enter – this will speed up the process.
If you have printed or downloaded your matchday ticket multiple times, you should only use the most recent, as previous print outs or downloads won’t work on the turnstile/scanners, only the latest one.
When downloading by phone, please check that you have downloaded the ticket for today’s match, not a previous one. If you have not printed or downloaded your ticket, please do so in good time as a last minute download before entering the stadium may result in it not working as it requires a few minutes to sync with the access control system.
If you were someone that received a duplicate card, please bring both to the stadium as only one card will work. We will collect and discard the non-working one.
