With Christmas around the corner, our Retail Manager Mat Haylock has provided an update from our Club Shop – and there’s great news about the return of those coveted away shirts.
There’s been high demand from supporters for our darker shade of blue and an initial delivery of 600 shirts are expected to arrive in our Club Shop early next week. These will be available to order online from 9 am tomorrow morning.
We’ve also got extended opening hours for our stadium store leading up to Christmas, including this coming Sunday, so fans will have plenty of opportunities to get their hands on last minute gifts.
Mat said: “We are so pleased to be receiving another delivery of the much sought after away kits early next week. With Royal Mail’s industrial action we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, so we strongly recommend our click and collect service for fans who want shirts as Christmas presents. Anthony and me will start processing orders as soon as the shirts arrive next week.
“In the meantime, we’ve received plenty of other stock during the past fortnight that could offer you great gift ideas, and you can buy these in person or online by accessing our new items section on our website.”

With Royal Mail strikes and the issues with Elite Sports, who supplied our hummel playing and training kits, it has been a testing time for our retail operation and Mat was quick to thank our supporters for their patience.
“The 2022 festive period has been as busy as ever for us,” added Mat. “We’ve discovered that some fans’ mail order deliveries have been stuck in the Royal Mail system due to the backlogs caused by industrial action. Whilst we’re really proud of our record of turning around the vast majority of orders in 24 hours, we’ve got little control over what happens after that. We thank everyone for their patience.

- Thurs 22nd - 10am-8pm
- Fri 23rd - 10am-5pm
