AFC Wimbledon are looking to recruit a new Managing Director

As part of a new operational structure for AFC Wimbledon, we are looking to recruit a Managing Director.

This senior leadership opportunity comes as we look to build on the successful opening of our new stadium in Wimbledon.

As Managing Director, you will take responsibility for maximising growth in existing business areas such as sponsorships and events and for driving new business development to exploit our stadium to the fullest. You will also oversee stadium operations with over forty football and rugby events each year.

Working with the board, you will deliver improved execution across all areas of club business and implement strategies for growth.

To be successful, you will have a strong track record of leadership and organisational experience, strategic thinking and commercial success.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and include a strong bonus element based on performance.
