Six AFC Wimbledon players were in action elsewhere on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Zaki Oualah (pictured) has helped Billericay Town close the gap to second from bottom of the table to a point, as they recorded a third successive win with a 3-1 victory over Oxford City in National League South on Saturday.

Striker David Fisher came off the bench for the closing stages of Hampton & Richmond’s 2-2 draw at second place Dorking Wanderers. Defender Jack Currie has rarely missed a game for Eastbourne Borough during his time with them, but unfortunately he was ruled out of their push for promotion at the weekend due to injury.

Potters Bar Town’s decent run of form, with defender Isaac Ogundere in their line-up, came to a halt when they were beaten 3-0 at home by leaders Worthing in the Isthmian Premier.

Midfielder Alfie Bendle was shown a late yellow card, in Corinthian-Casuals 2-1 defeat at Enfield Town. Isaac Olaniyan was an unused substitute on the away bench. Defender Huseyin Biler and winger Dylan Adjei-Hersey were part of a Merstham side that took the lead at home to Hornchurch, but it didn’t finish that way as the visitors ran out 3-1 winners.
