March Together!

Come and join us for vital matches this month

4 March 2022

Darius Charles has called for everyone connected with AFC Wimbledon to ‘March Together’ in a combined effort to lift Robbo’s boys up the table.

We’ve got six games coming up this month, and tickets are available to show your support for the home matches versus Lincoln City (12 March), Charlton (22 March), and Cambridge (26 March).

We also have away games coming up at Wigan (tomorrow), Plymouth (8 March) and Cheltenham (19 March).

Having helped us to promotion back in 2016, Darius is fully aware of the difference that your support can make, as the Dons seek to maintain the League One status that we’ve all worked so hard to achieve.

“Let’s ‘March Together’ arm in arm because, ultimately, we’re only going to get where we want to go with everyone singing off the same hymn sheet. I can’t implore the fans enough. I don’t even like calling them fans, and I prefer calling them supporters because that is what they are – they support us. They act as our cheerleaders, they raise the roof off that place, so it’s extremely important they do just that and support Robbo and the boys.

“In the time of behind-closed-doors matches, it showed that football is nothing without supporters. We will only get as far as everyone is willing to go. That’s down to us and the supporters because we’re only going to do this together.”

Matchday Hospitality

Do you fancy treating yourself, or family and friends, to the ultimate Dons matchday experience?

Hospitality packages start from £62 (plus VAT).  If you wish to purchase matchday hospitality tickets, please visit our dedicated HOSPITALITY TICKET SITE. For any queries, please contact our hospitality team on 02085473336 or send an e-mail to hospitality@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk.

March is also a particularly busy month for our women’s first-team as Kevin Foster’s side target a glorious end to the season.

It all starts with a huge game on Sunday in the semi-final of the FA WNL Plate competition. A victory at Sporting Khalsa, who are currently seventh in FA Women’s National League Division 1 Midlands, would secure a place in the final against Nottingham Forest or Cheltenham Town.

Following this match, the Dons have three vital league games in the quest for promotion. Enfield Town FC visit the Cherry Red Records Stadium on 13 March with a showdown versus league leaders Hashtag United a week later and the month is rounded off with a midweek match versus Actonians on 30 March.
