An action-packed weekend double bill at our stadium!

Come and join us this weekend

9 May 2022

The league season has finished for us, but we’ve got a weekend of activities coming up that will celebrate our status as a community club back in Wimbledon.

On Saturday 14 May Dons heroes from the past and celebrities will join forces to support a fantastic local cause – the Time for a Change appeal for St George’s Hospital.

The legends match at the Cherry Red Records Stadium will be hosted before a gala dinner, which will launch the appeal.

Terry Brown and Dave Anderson, two key figures in our history, will manage teams featuring a host of Wimbledon heroes.

The squads will include the following former players: Seb Brown, Jon Main, Jake Leberl, Kennedy Adjei, Anthony Wordsworth, Elliott Godfrey, Mickey Haswell, Dannie Bulman, Chris Perry, James Mulley.

ITV Racing presenter Oli Bell will also be lining up – taking a day off from the Saturday races for a change!

The match will kick-off at 2.00 pm with the following ticket prices: Adults £10, Under-18s £4. To book your seat, visit our online ticket page

Visit  www.timeforachange.org.uk  to find out how you can get involved and become an appeal supporter.

On Sunday 15 May (10am-5pm) we will be hosting a Family Fun Day with all funds donated to our Dons Local Action Group.

Just donate a tin of food and enjoy alternative entertainment at the Cherry Red Records Stadium!

This includes a chance to scale the heights at our stadium by taking part in the Dons Abseil Challenge.

For more information, visit this page .

All funds will be donated to the Dons Local Action Group.

There’s fun for all the family, including live music and interviews with Wimbledon legends (past and present), plus festival style food stalls, cocktails, and drinks from the Phoenix.

Other attractions include shopping stalls, a picnic area on the pitch, tours of the stadium, fair rides, inflatables, face paints, and the premiere of Wimbledon in Sporting History’s new movie ‘Wombles from the Lane’. We will be hosting five-a-side tournaments on the main pitch, beat the keeper games, and more.
