Season Ticket Renewal Deadline Extended

Extra time to secure your spot

We’ve had a brilliant response to our season ticket renewal campaign so far and have had lots more season ticket holders get in touch over the weekend.

For this reason, we've decided to extend the renewal deadline for 24 hours until 31 May to give as many of you the chance to secure your current seat again and take advantage of the price freeze for the 2022/23 season.

More than 3,000 Dons have already signed up for next season by renewing and we wish to thank all of those ST holders for their continued backing and support.

Extending by 24 hours also allows some of you to take advantage of pay day if you are paid on the last day of the month.

The simplest way to renew your season ticket is via your online ticketing account. Login and follow these steps:

  • Go to the Ticket Reservations tab on the right hand side;
  • Add the reservation to your cart (the lead booker can purchase on behalf of their linked accounts here too);
  • Click buy now and complete the delivery method and payment process.

If you are having any issues buying online, please call us on +44 (0)20 3988 7863 where the ticket office line will be open 10am to 4pm or email tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk. You will also be able to renew in person from reception at the stadium, again from 10am to 4pm.

Requests for seat moves will be facilitated during phase 2 of the Season Tickets window (1-7 June). There will then be a priority window for non ST debenture holders, Stadium Card and Dons Trust members (phase 3) before we go on General Sale (phase 4).

DONATIONS

Some people have asked about adding a donation as in previous years, alongside their season ticket purchase. Such a contribution would once again be very much appreciated as it would make a difference to our 2022/23 playing budget. However, with the way that renewals are set-up for specific offers, it’s currently not possible to make a donation after you log-in to your ticketing account.

DIRECT DEBITS

Though the majority of ST renewals have been straight forward, there has been a small number of issues with the online verification software from our direct debit provider unable to verify the names and addresses of some applicants.

If you are encountering a problem with the verification process, please email tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with a copy of the top of your latest bank statement, which clearly shows your name, address, bank account sort code, and account number. You should also include the details of which seats you would like to renew and your date of birth, so that our ticketing team can verify your application manually.
