Our catering partners Elior are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their team as Staffing Manager.
The vacancy is a permanent position based at our stadium with the chosen candidate playing a key role in helping to deliver top class catering in our hospitality and public areas.
Job description
Key responsibilities will be:
- Advertise, interview, select and recruit casual workers
- Ensure right to work checks are completed
- Ensure staff personnel files are maintained and up to date
- Ensure staff training and records are maintained and up to date
- Produce staffing lists for match days and events
- Collate and process weekly timesheets
- Place orders and coordinate deliveries of staff uniforms
- Checking staff in for all match days and major events
- Completing any administrative duties as required by General Manager
Skills & Experience
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the Staffing Manager include:
- Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent working in a team or alone
- Previous experience in a similar role/administration
