As many of you are aware, the club sold £1.1m of new shares in June 2022, with the main investor being Ananth S. Nathan.
Seedrs has the right to take part in equity funding rounds (a “pre-emption right”) and so those of you who hold shares in the club through Seedrs will now have an opportunity to buy additional shares.
Seedrs will launch this pre-emption campaign page later today and it is expected to stay open for approximately one week.
