Chris Gunter and Alex Pearce have pitted their wits against some of the greatest players to ever play the game and racked up a combined total of over 1000 competitive appearances.
However they were given quite the grilling by the students of Cranmer Primary School on Wednesday as teamed up with our Foundation!
Our experienced duo answered a wide array of questions from pupils during the visit to the Mitcham based venue – ranging from the toughest opponent they’ve faced to why they’ve chosen to prolong their playing careers.
From the Lionel Messi v Cristiano Ronaldo ‘GOAT’ debate to Pearcey’s eye-catching goal celebration, plenty of fun was had as the students put our defenders to the test before prizes were handed out for the best questions asked.
