There was a different setting for Jack Currie and David Fisher to engross themselves in on Wednesday as they paid a visit to the students of Harris Academy Wimbledon.
Our young duo have both made the step up to first-team level after progressing through the Academy ranks together – a fact that makes their respective journeys all the more interesting.
From playing at training grounds across the country to turning out in front of over 7,500 at Plough Lane, they’ve become men that wear our badge with pride and as such they are great role models for children to look up to.
Both players passed on advice to students, took part in TikTok challenges, signed autographs and took selfies as they got into the spirit of showing what the Dons are all about.
The day was rounded off with selected participants being presented with medals for their performances in the Foundation-run tournament.
