The Dons showcased what true Wimbledon spirit is all about last night as a backs to the wall performance brought home three valuable points.
After steaming into a 2-0 lead through Josh Davison and Ali Al-Hamadi’s goals, our side were forced to change tack as we were reduced to 10 men following a red card for Joe Lewis.
This mattered little however as we battened down the hatches, with defenders making all important blocks and goalkeeper Alex Bass making some stunning saves to ensure we came away with a deserved victory.
Our boisterous away following filled the stands behind the goal at the Broadfield Stadium, with every supporter playing their part to help the lads over the line.
