With high demand to attend the Walsall home game on Saturday, we’ve tweaked our Ticket Resale initiative to ensure we get a packed house for Johnnie’s team – and there’s extra incentive for Season Ticket holders not attending to use this option.
Essentially we have increased the amount of credit you’ll receive back to your online account if your ticket is resold before our final match of 2023/24.
The refund scheme we have previously offered gave successful sellers a credit to the value of 20 per cent of a season ticket’s match value. But we’ve now increased this to 50 per cent for the Walsall match.
So if your Season Ticket was £460, you effectively paid £20 for each match ticket. If you’re unable to attend the Walsall game and put it up for resale, and we successfully re-sell your ticket, you would receive £10 credit on your account.

Season Ticket Holders can list their seat for sale through the ‘Account’ section on their ticketing accounts by selecting ‘Resell Tickets’. You will need to log in and accept the terms and conditions. If you’re struggling to work it out, do email the Ticketing team and we’ll do our best to help
