Our recruitment department is integral to the success of the Academy in finding talented boys who can be potentially developed into first team footballers.
The Academy’s dedicated and professional recruitment team regularly watch local youth football matches, but it is possible to ‘miss’ talent. If you know someone who you think is good enough, or maybe you think you have what it takes, please get in contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send a letter with full details of the boy's playing history, along with details of forthcoming games, venues and kick-off times, with the following subject line:
- Youth Phase (if between the ages U13 and U16)
- Foundation Phase (if between the ages U9 and U12s)
- Pre-Academy (if between the ages U7 and U9)
We receive a very high amount of trial requests every day. It may not always be possible to respond to every single one, we apologise for this in advance. However, each CV will be looked at and considered for trials.
If you don’t hear from us, please don’t take it personally and please don’t give up.
