Central defender who signed his first pro contract in April 2014, having been with the Dons from the age of eight.
He made his first-team debut in a 2-1 win over Accrington Stanley in January 2015, and was named man of the match. He won the Young Player of the Year award in 2016/17, and even though he spent long periods on the sidelines through injury, he has now made over 100 first-team appearances in his Dons career.
His first goal came in the 1–1 draw with Scunthorpe United in April 2018, and in March 2019 he was handed the captain’s armband in the absence of injured skipper Deji Oshilaja, and has retained it for a lengthily period.
Will made a vital contribution to the club's League One Great Escape in 2019, earning the Player of the Year award, and he was captain for Wimbledon's first match back at Plough Lane - the 2-2 draw versus Doncaster.
