AFCW PLC will be hosting a SGM on 13 May at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Open for all fans to attend from 7.30 pm, it will discuss the changes to the articles previously notified to shareholders.
Shareholders will cast their votes on these changes at the beginning of the evening.
After this important business has been dealt with, there will be an opportunity to meet all of the PLC operating board, including its two new non-executive directors.
This will provide an opportunity to hear an update on the season from a business perspective, with a look ahead to next season and beyond.
The event will be recorded and available to view the following day.
