An air of excitement

Reserving your place to see Barcham & Co

There’s definitely an air of excitement about the club ahead of the 2015/16 campaign, with season-ticket sales going very well indeed!

Organiser Mike Berry (pictured above, third from right, with his team of volunteers) has provided an update on the very latest figures and how progress is being made in delivering your place with the Dons for the season ahead.

“So far we’ve sold 2,460 season tickets,” said Mike “We’re on target to meet the numbers that we sold last season. We are busily going through the new applicants and move requests. Wherever possible we are trying to satisfy people’s requests. It’s not always possible to do so, but fans have been very understanding.

“The plan is to send out the books in the last week of July and before the weekend of the first home game everyone should have their season tickets.

“What I would ask is that if anyone has changed address in the last three or four months and they haven’t told the club, if they could let the club know as soon as possible, so that the book will go to the correct address.

“The Paul Strank Stand, other than the odd seat, is now completely sold out with season ticket holders. There are no two seats around. There’s still availability in the Nongshim Stand, where we’ve sold around 550 season tickets - which is fantastic!

“Most of the seats left are in the front two rows, but I would encourage supporters to take those seats because in future seasons and with hopefully a new stadium coming about they will have priority in terms of getting seats for the new stadium.”
