Dannie (pictured left with Neal on the day he signed) has made 32 appearances in all competitions this season with the League 2 match at Wycombe Wanderers the only game he’s missed during 2014/15.

Neal Ardley said: “We are absolutely delighted with Dannie and it’s great that he wants to commit to us for the future. He’s a player that we wanted to tie up for next season. This is something that we don’t normally do and we would usually wait until the end of the season. However, Dannie has been outstanding for most of this season.

“Dannie is still more than capable of continuing to play a massive part because of his fitness levels. We put an offer to him that he’s signed and it’s great that Dannie will be here next season. I brought him here thinking that he would play games and he would be one of the best midfielders in the league. His form has not dipped this season and his ability to show high-energy consistently has been impressive.”
