New position to assist volunteer base at club
We are aiming to recruit a Volunteer Liaison Officer (VLO).
The VLO will be responsible for establishing and developing a previously created framework that ensures all volunteers work comfortably within their role and feel valued. The role covers volunteering for both AFC Wimbledon and the Dons Trust.
Initially the focus will be to introduce the framework and raise the profile of the volunteers. Once established, the VLO is expected to maintain all aspects of volunteering.
The VLO will work closely with the Dons Trust and AFC Wimbledon.
This is a volunteer position. It is expected that the hours will be quite demanding at first and then agreed later as the role becomes established and will involve some working on match days.
