Quaine signed his first professional contract with the Dons in August 2022.
He joined the Academy as an Under-13, having previously been at Tottenham Hotspur and has since progressed up the ranks. Playing a pivotal role for the Under-18s in the 2021/22 season, his 20-plus goals helped the Academy secure its first ever Youth Alliance League title.
