Season Tickets 2019/20: Renew by this Saturday

Calling all current season ticket holders! Get behind The Dons and renew your season ticket before 3.00 pm on Saturday 27 April.

Renewing online is the quickest and most time efficient way to secure your season ticket for next season (see below guide). However, we have also posted a renewal form to season ticket holders, with direct debit information, in case you prefer to renew by post or pay by direct debit.

Please note there is no season ticket price rise for next season, even if we achieve League One survival. Prices can be viewed on our Season Ticket page.

If you can do so, when you renew your season ticket, you will have the option to make an additional donation to the club. You can add an optional donation into your shopping basket when checking out online under ‘extras’ or by ticking a box on the renewal form that has been posted to you.

Please find two helpful guides to renewing your season ticket online below. There are different steps to follow for Paul Strank/John Green and Chemflow/RyGas season ticket holders.

Direct Debit; if you currently pay for your Season Ticket in this way. This will automatically renew unless you tell us otherwise. Please note if you wish to change any of your personal details, get in touch with the ticket office on info@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk or by calling 020 8547 3528 (09:30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday).

Presidents Lounge, Wheelchair or Ambulant Disabled season ticket holders cannot renew online and will need to complete the renewal form sent in the post. There is also specific renewal information outlined below for Five Year Season Ticket holders (scroll down to the bottom of this article).

If you are a season ticket holder and after logging into your account you are still unable to see the season ticket tab or season ticket option in your Account, then please email info@afcwimbledon.co.uk

Instructions for Paul Strank & John Green Season Ticket Holders:

Visit the online Club Shop
Log into your account (top-right)
Once logged in click on (your name) in the top right-hand corner and select “Account”. Please ignore the "Season Ticket" tab you cannot buy your Paul Strank and John Green seat via this tab
Under your “Account Details” you should see the option to buy your normal seat, this is under reservation on the left-hand side
Click the select box next to this ticket, and click “Buy Tickets”
Then select your age category in the drop-down box and click “Buy”
You can add an optional donation in your basket underneath extras and proceed to payment

Instructions for Chemflow End & RyGas Season Ticket Holders:

Visit the online Club Shop
Log into your account (top-right)
Select “Season Tickets” tab
On the League Season 19/20 box click “Buy”
Select “Chemflow Terrace 19/20” or “RyGas Terrace 19/20
Select your age category and add the relevant block
Click “Buy best available” and proceed through to checkout
You can add an optional donation in your basket underneath extras and proceed to payment

We have also emailed all season ticket holders their ‘customer reference number’ so you have the option to renew for multiple season ticket holders:

Visit the Match Tickets site
Log into your account (top-right)
Go to your “Account” (top-right)
Select “Request an association” and enter the “Surname”, “Customer Reference”, “Relation to you” and hit “Link”
For seats, these will appear in your account
For terrace, add one ticket per additional ST holder that you have the “Customer Reference” number for
You will need to “Link” each additional ticket by using the dropdown option available
You can add an optional donation in your basket underneath extras and proceed to payment

Five Year Season Tickets (FYST)

For current FYST if the end date on the form sent to you in the post is 2019, you will need to top-up your FYST by 3.00 pm on 27 April via the form sent to you in the post.

Under the FYST end date on the form, please write by how many years you wish to top-up and the total £ to pay before returning the form to us. The top-up will be calculated based on the current price of a season ticket.

If your end date is any other date, we will automatically issue your 2019/20 season ticket and post it to you in due course.

Please note if your FYST does not expire in 2019, you can still top-up to get back to the full five years. You must top it up to five years – if, for example, you have two years left on your five-year season ticket you can’t just add one more year, you’ll need to add three years to get back to five years.

To top-up please complete the renewal form and send it back to us, this cannot be done online.
