Terry Brown on Burton challenge
Terry Brown updated us on preparations for tomorrow night’s trip to Burton Albion by speaking to Dons Player at the training ground.
Right-back Curtis Osano is “very doubtful” to be fit, according to Terry, as he is still struggling to shake off an ankle injury. The Dons boss admitted that he is reluctant to make changes after Saturday’s impressive 1-0 win against Chesterfield, which means that his players are in buoyant mood ahead of the trip to the Pirelli Stadium.
“It was a fantastic result for us on Saturday and the players are in good spirits,” Terry said. “But I am not kidding myself as we got ripped to bits in the first half hour against Chesterfield. We are expecting a very hard game at Burton tomorrow. Although their scoreline at Rotherham would suggest a good hiding, I read the report and they were the better side when they had 11 men. We will aim to play in the same manner as we did on Saturday, but we will be respectful of the opposition.”
