Covid Protocols for Ipswich

23 August 2021

Fans planning to roar on Robbo and the lads at Ipswich on Saturday will need to follow strict Covid protocols to see the game.

Nobody will be allowed into Portman Road unless they can prove they are double jabbed - or have passed a Lateral Flow Test.

This must have been taken within 48 hours of when stadium gates open at 1.30pm, and confirmation of the result must be shown on a text message or email via NHS Test and Trace.

Fans relying on their vaccination history must be able to show they were double jabbed at least 14 days prior to the game.

This can be displayed via the NHS App (or the Scottish/Welsh vaccination record services if applicable).

The club will also accept a completed NHS Vaccine Card which you were given at your first vaccination.

To clarify, the rules apply to all fans aged 11 years old and over. Even the youngest in this age bracket must prove they've either been double jabbed or passed a Lateral Flow Test.

Failure to comply with at least one of these options will mean you will not be allowed into the ground.

With these covid checks in place at the turnstiles, the entry process will take longer than normal. Please make sure you adhere to your designated entry time on your ticket. These allocated times allow you to access the stadium in time to watch the game.
