A decade and counting for club that’s raised £300,000

Join the Blue & Yellow Club for this season

17 August 2022

For over 10 years, the Blue & Yellow Club has offered a unique way to follow the Dons – and new members are welcome to join for the rest of this season.

With £300,000 raised through subscriptions for the first-team playing budget and our academy, members make an important contribution to the Club in return for a range of behind-the-scenes benefits.

The Blue & Yellow Club meets several times a season and two of those occasions are dinners with the playing management team, plus club management, in the stadium boardroom.

Membership is £1,000 per year and includes the following:

  • A pass to the second-floor networking lounge for home matches
  • Dinner with the Football management team and club management twice a season (for the cost of the meal)
  • Invitation to the occasional Wimbledon celebrity dinner each season (again, for the cost of the meal)
  • Subscription to the ‘Wombles Down Under’ magazine (published every six weeks)
  • A visit to the training ground with the football management team explaining how everything works.
  • A visit to the Academy, followed by an under-18s match.
  • An invitation to watch a game from Nick Robertson’s box on the second floor, which will include a pre-match meal.

The Blue & Yellow Club has already held its first event, which involved meeting first-team players Nathan Broome, Ethan Chislett, Jack Currie and Chris Gunter, along with first-team coaches Rob Tuvey and Ashley Bayes.

Below are some of the events planned for the rest of this season:

  • Dinner with Johnnie Jackson and Terry Skiverton (late September 2022)
  • Training ground visit (mid-October 2022)
  • An invitation to watch an Under-18s game (mid-November 2022)
  • Dinner with Johnnie Jackson and Terry Skiverton after the January transfer window (mid-February 2023)
  • Dinner at the House of Lords with special guests (May 2023)
