Join us for a Family Fun Day that will celebrate our status as a community club back in Wimbledon.
On Sunday 15 May 2022 (10am – 5pm) – two weeks after the end of our first season at Plough Lane with supporters – we will be opening our doors to the community for a fantastic event.
With all funds to be donated to our Dons Local Action Group, just donate a tin of food and enjoy alternative entertainment at the Cherry Red Records Stadium!
There’s fun for all the family, including live music and interviews with Wimbledon legends (past and present), plus festival style food stalls, cocktails, and drinks from the Phoenix.
Other attractions include shopping stalls, a picnic area on the pitch, tours of the stadium, fair rides, inflatables, face paints, a sponsored abseil, the premiere of Wimbledon in Sporting History’s new movie ‘Wombles from the Lane’. Though football is not the main focus after the end of the season, we will be hosting five-a-side tournaments on the main pitch, beat the keeper games, and more.

There’s still a chance to sign-up for an event that has already proven to be very popular – “The Wombles Walk…back to Plough Lane”.
Held before our final game of the season versus Accrington Stanley, you can take part in a 10km or 20km sponsored walk with funds raised donated to support AFC Wimbledon Foundation with our community activities.
