Boxing Day with the Dons! Ticket Resale for high-demand derby clash

Key match arrangements ahead of derby game

24 December 2023

Our Boxing Day home match versus Sutton United is currently sold out for Dons supporters, but tickets may become available through seat returns.

With Johnnie Jackson’s men in flying form – seventh in the League Two table after five games unbeaten in all competitions – demand is high to watch the Dons.

So if you’re a Season Ticket holder who is not planning to attend, we’d very much appreciate you making use of our Ticket Resale system, or letting us know via e-mail.

This will allow us to get more support for the men in yellow and blue – and help us to stay in the play-off zone!

Below is a full Matchday Guide, including details on how to use the Ticket Resale system.

Ticket Returns

Returned tickets will be sold online ahead of the big game on Boxing Day, if they become available.

We launched our Ticket Resale initiative for ST holders earlier this season – offering an extra incentive for you to let us know if you’re not attending.

That's because you'll receive 20 per cent of the pro rata cost of your Season Ticket (20 per cent of 1/23) as credit to your online account if the ticket sells.

To start using the system, list your seat for sale through the ‘Account’ section on your online ticketing account by selecting ‘Resell Tickets’. You will need to log-in and accept the terms and conditions.

If you’re struggling to use the system, but want to return your ticket, please e-mail tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your seat number and fan ID.

To purchase tickets from the resale platform, access the Ticket Resale section of the ticketing site.

Please note that the ticket resale system only applies to high-demand games that are close to selling out, or sold out.

Programme

Packed with news and features all about the Dons, our Boxing Day special is well worth adding to your collection.

It includes an extensive interview with Assistant Manager Terry Skiverton, who highlights the reasons why he’s hungrier than ever for success – over a decade since he was part of the backroom team when Yeovil defeated Brentford in the League One Play-Off Final at Wembley.

Club Shop

For a fantastic range of Dons merchandise, pop into our stadium store from 11 am until 3 pm, or between 5 pm and 6 pm (plus half-time).

Man of the Match presentation

This will be hosted in the Viticult Lounge after the match (at approximately 5.20 pm).

Those who have booked hospitality will be invited to stay on for post-match, but all supporters will be welcome upstairs to enjoy a drink or two and the entertainment.

For those not in hospitality, you will need to join a queue close to the autograph zone in the undercroft. You will then be shown to the Viticult Lounge/ Mezzanine area for the Man of the Match presentation.

If you are sitting in the Cappagh Stand for the game please use the stairs in the pub, or if you are sitting in the Ry or Reston Waste Stand, please make your way across the area behind the Reston Waste Stand and past the pub.

Unfortunately, no spectators will be able to leave the ground and re-enter to access the queue as this goes against our licensing terms.

Entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with fans will only allowed up once it is safe to do so after fans leaving the ground post-match.
