Aaron Pierre got his first taste of what our club is all about this week as he met a bumper turnout of 156 boys and girls at the AFC Wimbledon Foundation’s Half-term Holiday Course.
Based at the Aspire Centre in Southfields, attendees took part in a series of small scale matches as they showcased their skills to both Aaron and our coaches.
This was then followed up by an in-depth Q&A with our centre-back and an awards ceremony that topped off the day in style.

- £5 could pay for one person to attend a Dons Fit Circuits and Football session to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
- £10 could provide an inclusive and accessible sports session for a child with special educational needs.
- £25 could fund a coach to run a walking football session for adults at risk of isolation and loneliness.
- £50 could cover one young person’s entire NCS experience, where they will meet new people, experience an outdoor adventure, learn a new skill and support their local community.
- £75 could give a disadvantaged child the chance to attend a weeks action packed holiday programme including daily hot meals.
