David Fisher is playing a key role in the revival of National League South side Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Having returned for another loan spell at the Middlesex club, the striker took just three minutes on Saturday, after coming on as a late substitute in the 86th minute, to put the seal on a 3-0 victory with the final goal away at Dover Athletic.

“That’s six wins out of eight, four on the bounce and we’re up to fourteenth,” said Dav after, who has contributed two goals, and an assist in five games since his return to the Beveree.

Morgan Williams made an immediate impact at the start of his loan to Eastbourne Borough.

Having scored twice in a recent spell at Corinthian-Casuals, the attacking midfielder made the switch to Priory Lane on Friday and was named as a substitute for the Sussex club the following day against Slough Town.

Morgs came on with fourteen minutes to go and in time added on he provided an assist for Norman Wabo, to score the second goal in a 2-0 victory.

Striker Aaron Cosgrave is staking a claim to a seventh goal in his time with National League North side King’s Lynn Town. There was confusion around who scored the third goal for the Linnets in a 3-0 win at home to Spennymoor Town, but the referee awarded it to Aaron.

Ten-goal striker Zach Robinson returned to action with Dundee. He played for 62 minutes in a disappointing goalless draw against Partick Thistle, with the Dees’ Scottish Championship title challenge faltering.

Forward Quaine Bartley fired Harrow Borough into a Middlesex Senior Cup final in midweek, in their 2-1 victory at Enfield Town.

Having come on close to the end, with ten minutes to go, Quaine’s deflected effort from a free kick in the 89th minute was the difference between the two sides. Attacking midfielder Marcel Campbell started the game and played for 46 minutes.

However, at the weekend, Quaine came on as a substitute in the 4-0 defeat away to Plymouth Parkway in the Southern Premier South. Midfielder Kwaku Frimpong was among the substitutes for Metropolitan Police in their 1-0 win against the same opposition in midweek.

Kwaku was shown a red card just before the final whistle for a late challenge, having come on for the closing stages, in the Met’s one-all draw at leaders Weston-Super-Mare on Saturday.

Striker Obed Yeboah started, and defender Jola Lahan was on the bench for Corinthian-Casuals, who lost 3-0 at home to Enfield Town in the Isthmian Premier. Versatile Ibrahim Bangura was named as a substitute for Kingstonian, who lost 3-2 away to Potters Bar Town.
