Johnnie Jackson has signalled our intentions for tomorrow afternoon, with the race for a play-off place nearing a conclusion.
“With the situation we find ourselves in now, there’s not much room for error,” said Johnnie after today’s final session at the training ground. “We’ll be going for the win.
“That’s been the message since Monday. We know that we really have to go for it now, starting with Saturday, and then the final three games after that.”
We still have ticket availability in home areas for this crucial League Two encounter, and it’s worth booking in advance of Saturday as it’s £2 cheaper than buying in-person on the day.
“If we do win all four we still won’t know because we’ll be waiting on the results of others, but it would give us a chance of being in that shake-up, so it’s pretty clear what we have to do now," added our manager.
“Anyone can beat anyone on a given day in this league. Especially where we are, it’s so bunched up because it’s really competitive. Obviously, we’re going to have to rely on a bit of luck and results going our way elsewhere too.”

We’ll be boosted by the return of skipper Jake Reeves from illness, but Johnnie will make a late call on midfield partner Armani Little (hamstring).
“Jake has recovered,” said Johnnie. “It was a shame that we missed him at Stockport, with his experience. He’s trained these past few days, feels much better, and he comes back into contention.
“Armani has been a lot better this week, he’s managed to get a little bit of work done out there on the grass, so we’ll make a call on Armani and decide how we go with him. He’s had some involvement in training sessions, so hopefully he can play a part.”
Harry Pell wasn’t out there training this morning, so it's too soon for his return.
“He’s still out, unfortunately,” added Johnnie. “It’s that niggling calf injury that he had earlier in the season. It’s just been too sore for him to train, and at the moment he’s still not involved.”
Training nearby the first-team though was our long-serving defender Will Nightingale. He’s recovering from a hamstring injury, with the aim of returning north of the border to complete his loan at Ross County before the end of the Scottish Premiership season.
“Their season goes on a little bit longer, what with the winter break,” explained Johnnie. “When we knew he was going to be out for a while, we got him back down here to be close to his family and also our physio Bobby Bacic and our medical team.
“He’s back out there on the grass and building up his intensity to training. If there’s games still to go and he’s fit, Will can go back, join them, and hopefully have a strong finish to the season."
