The Dons continued to mount a late push for the Sky Bet League Two play-offs, seeing off Salford City 1-0 on Saturday.
Omar Bugiel bagged his 11th goal of the season with a lovely looping header, sending our supporters home happy after our penultimate home game of the 2023/24 season.
It was a also a day for another hero as Wayne “Mini Beast” Lecky completed his half-time challenge in aid of the Paul Strank Charitable Trust, dribbling from halfway before scoring past Ivor “The Cat” Heller – much to the delight of the Wimbledon faithful.
