Dons duo team up against the league leaders

Ethan Sutcliffe and Paris Lock teamed up for National League South side Tonbridge Angels at the weekend.

The young Dons duo, led by our former midfielder Scott Wagstaff, were named in the starting line-up for the Kent side in their meeting with leaders Yeovil Town at Longmead Stadium on Saturday.

Having been at our training ground on Friday, the pair headed off for more game time in their development. Defender Ethan (pictured below) returned on loan for the rest of the season to Tonbridge last week, while forward Paris had recovered from a knock to a knee and an early substitution the previous Saturday.

Paris came off in the second half, just after the hour mark, in front of a crowd of 1,356. Twelfth place Angels fought back against the runaway table-toppers, but ultimately were beaten 4-2 at home.

Defender Josh Hallard made his first appearance for Cray Wanderers on Sunday.

Having recovered from a couple of lengthy injury lay-offs, Josh was named as a substitute for his new side, against Concord Rangers in the Isthmian Premier.

He came on for just over the last quarter of the one-all draw, in the 62nd minute. Although Josh was shown a yellow card shortly after, it was more vital minutes on the comeback trail.

Striker Zach Robinson made his twenty third appearance of the season for Dundee on Sunday.

Zach, who has scored six times for the Dee this season, started the Scottish Premiership match at Dens Park against St Johnstone. He came off at half-time in a 2-1 victory for Dundee.

Having joined Farnborough of National League South last month, defender Ben Mason was unfortunate to pick up an injury in a recent friendly for his new side after providing an assist.

Although it could rule him out for another month, Ben is working hard to get back into action with the Hampshire club.
