There was a party atmosphere as our annual Volunteers’ Away Day was in full swing on Saturday.
The event, which is sponsored by Cherry Red Records, brought together 78 of our hardest working volunteers as we celebrated the incredible contribution that they make to our club.
Food and drink was on offer at the pre-match meal in the hotel, making for perfect preparation ahead of the big game.
Life Vice-President Iain McNay also provided a speech, thanking everyone for their hard work, not just in this season but over several years.
It was an event which once again summed up what this club stands for and is all about. We will forever be in indebted and grateful to our army of volunteers who help to make Wimbledon tick.
